Our old website was already long overdue for a refresh when we started conversations with Mark. Our Scout Group in Wellesbourne was readying for some growth challenges and the new website was going to be pivotal in supporting the communication of our key messages. From the beginning Mark understood our need for a clean and modern look, aligned with HQ branding. He really went the extra mile for us, gathering requirements and proposing to us us what he knew we needed. We have arrived at quite a feature-rich WordPress site which is easy to maintain alongside our Facebook group.
One key success was the platform integration he did between our Online Scout Manager system for registering new members. This has really simplified our administration. His efforts have also helped our team step through GDPR implementation challenges which is really important for us as a charity managing young people’s data.
